Terry Stithem of InVision Imaging Services LLC made two visits to the 1891 Historic Courthouse in Marysville in 2007 and
2008 to help us diagnose the source of basement moisture in the building's basement.
Terry did a very good job in evaluating the situation, and went out of his way to be thorough. On the day of his first visit, a
heavy rainstorm came on as he and his men were preparing to leave for home; Terry took time to make an unscheduled return
visit to the courthouse to study how the rainwater was draining away from the building. His finding that there was no evidence
of moisture in the foundation walls let us turn our attention from a costly resealing project to cheaper and simpler repairs.
We believe Terry Stithem is a knowledgeable, reliable, and conscientious technician. We would not hesitate to seek his services
again if needed.
